Who We Are
Founded in 2025, New HorizonZ Foundation believes that every person deserves the chance to shine. We partner with multi-family tax credit community centers, construction firms, and local non-profits to open doors to the construction and property management industries through hands-on training, career exploration, and practical learning experiences that build skills and create pathways to lasting careers.

By equipping our graduates with the tools to thrive in the construction and property maintenance industries, we not only spark personal growth—we fuel economic development while strengthening and reshaping the communities we serve.

Our vision is to transform lives and communities by blending hands-on training, industry-recognized certifications, and personal development into a powerful pathway for success. We prepare well-rounded professionals equipped to lead in the property maintenance and construction fields. Through this work, we aim to be a catalyst for lasting, positive change in under-resourced communities.
Workforce Development
Our candidates are placed in hands-on, supervised entry-level maintenance and construction internships providing the experience and confidence leading to full-time employment within their chosen area of focus.
ECONOMIC GROWTH
Our graduates contribute to improving the quality of life within the low-income housing tax credit construction and property maintenance sectors, driving economic growth and development to the very communities they come from.
Community Empowerment
We focus on empowering underprivileged individuals, creating opportunities for social mobility and community development within the multi-family low-income affordable housing industry.
